welcome to symone. yoga

At Symone., we believe yoga is so much more than movement. It's an opportunity to come home to yourself. Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time or have been practicing for years, you belong here.

No matter your age, gender, body type, experience level, or flexibility, there is a place for you at Symone. We believe yoga isn't about touching your toes or perfecting a pose—it's about learning to listen to your body, honoring where you are today, and permitting yourself to grow at your own pace.

This isn't about becoming someone new; it's about becoming more connected to who you've always been.

Welcome to Symone. We're so glad you're here.

Meet the instructor

Hi, I’m Myah.

As a Grand Prairie native, wife, and mother of two, I know firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else. After welcoming my first child, I found my way back to yoga—and in the process, I found my way back to myself. What began as movement quickly became a journey of healing, self-discovery, and coming home to who I was.

That experience inspired me to create Symone.—a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and welcomed exactly as they are. My hope is that every person who walks through our doors finds more than just a yoga class. I hope they find a community, a moment to exhale, and a place to reconnect with themselves.

FAQs

What should i bring to class?

1

Just bring yourself, a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind! We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. If you don't own a mat, don't worry—we have high-quality mats available for rent at the front desk.

How early should i arrive?

2

If it’s your first time visiting Symone. Yoga, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts so we can show you around, help you get set up, and introduce you to your instructor. For returning students, arriving 5 to 10 minutes early is perfect to give yourself time to change, unwind on your mat, and transition into the space. To preserve the calming environment for everyone, we start exactly on time and cannot accommodate late arrivals

what is your cancellation policy?

3

We know life happens! If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before class starts. This allows someone on the waitlist to take the spot. If you cancel within the 12-hour window, it is considered a late cancellation and is subject to a $15 fee

What happens if I miss a class without canceling (No-Show)?

4

Because class space is limited and we want to ensure every student has the opportunity to practice, missing a class without canceling in advance will result in a $25 fee or the forfeiture of 1 class credit for membership holders.
