studio policies

Welcome to Symone. To ensure we maintain a safe, elevated, and harmonious environment for our entire community, we ask that all members, guests, and staff review and adhere to the following studio policies and procedures.

1. Attendance, Cancellation, & No-Show Policies

To ensure all students have the opportunity to practice, we strictly enforce our booking and cancellation policies.

12-Hour Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a reserved class, you must do so through your account or the studio app at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Late cancellations (made within the 12-hour window) are subject to a $15 fee.

No-Show Policy:

If you reserve a spot and do not attend class without canceling beforehand, a No-Show fee will apply.

Drop in Classes: A $25 fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.

Class Packs / Memberships: You will forfeit 1 class credit for that session.

Late Arrival Policy:

To protect the quiet and meditative atmosphere of our classes, doors will be locked 5 min after the start of class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter, and the session will be treated as a No-Show.

2. First-Time Guest Special (Introductory Offer)

Validity Period: The "First-Time Guest Three-Pack" is an introductory offer exclusive to new clients. All three classes must be used within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Extensions & Transfers: Any unused class credits will automatically expire after the 14-day mark. This package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be shared or paused.

3. Studio Code of Conduct & Community Standards

At Symone., we believe luxury is defined by how deeply you are cared for. We are fiercely committed to creating a sanctuary where every person feels safe, respected, and welcome. To preserve this environment, we enforce a strict code of conduct:

Zero-Tolerance Non-Discrimination Policy:

We welcome individuals of all ages, genders, body types, races, backgrounds, and experience levels. Discrimination, harassment, or prejudice of any kind against staff, instructors, or fellow students will result in immediate termination of membership and a permanent ban from the studio.

Respectful Communication: The use of offensive, aggressive, derogatory, or profane language is strictly prohibited within our space. We ask that all interactions with staff and community members remain kind and respectful.

Inappropriate, Offensive, or Explicit Imagery (Clothing & Tattoos):

We strive to keep our studio a peaceful and universally welcoming environment.

Clothing: Please wear comfortable, appropriate athletic attire. Clothing featuring offensive graphics, political slogans, explicit/profane language, or highly suggestive/inappropriate designs is not permitted.

Tattoos: While we fully respect individual self-expression, any tattoos that display hate speech, slurs, explicit/offensive imagery, or graphic content must be fully covered by clothing while you are inside the studio.

4. General Studio Guidelines

Quiet Spaces: Please lower your voice when entering the lobby and maintain complete silence once you enter the practice room to respect those who are meditating or resting.

Device Policy: Cell phones and smartwatches must be completely silenced or turned off during class. Please leave your devices in the designated locker/cubby area to preserve a distraction-free environment.

Hygiene & Fragrances: In heated environments, scents are amplified. Out of respect for those with allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, or strongly scented lotions to class.
